My nice 12m² room with registration will be available from March 6th in a shared student flat in Den Haag.This bright room, with direct access to a balcony, is furnished with comfortable double-bed, desk, chair, storage shelf, chest of drawers and opaque curtains.A very large fully-equiped kitchen, a living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a washing machine and a dishwasher are shared with 6 international roommates (3 females and 3 males). Note that some of my roommates are classical musicians and might practice their instruments at home during the day. The room can be pretty noisy, because located close to the kitchen. The other rooms range from ~480€ incl. to ~700€ incl. and you can take them in priority if someone leaves the flat.Location : Soestdijksekade, 15 minutes biking to the city center and located in a calm neighbourhood by the canal. Walking distance to trams 4/6, shopping area and Zuiderpark.*Gas/water/electricity/internet and a cleaning service twice a month are incl. in the 570€ rent. The charges may have slight up and low variations depending on the house bills.*The security deposit is 920€.
