I'm renting out a bedroom in my apartment. The room is about 18m2, furnished with a double bed and mattress plus a small sofa that converts to a spare bed and a cabinet.The apartment is located in a family friendly location popular for young families. Next to Haagse Bos, bus lines 43 and 24. 10 minutes bike ride to Den Haag Centraal or Den Haag Laan van N.O.I train stations. I'm a 32 year old male that likes things chill and quiet, you might consider me a minimalist. I'm into technology, world politics and other geeky stuff and so I'm hoping for somebody with a similar vibe and has a life outdoors. I am trying to get fit though, so there's that for what it's worth, lol. 6 months initially but extendable. English fluency is a must have, Dutch is a huge bonus. No pets, no smokers, no weed. Verifiable income is required too.
